Lindsay is a 2017 graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Spa Tech Institute where she began her bodywork journey. Lindsay’s approach to bodywork is holistic, which includes the body’s physical and energetic aspects.

Lindsay offers a wide range of bodywork techniques including deep tissue and myofascial release, with training under John Barnes PT. She is also a Reiki Master Teacher of the Usui lineage and has training in Core Shamanism with the Foundation of Shamanic Studies.

Lindsay has a passion for death awareness. She believes the more we talk about our mortality, the more real we become, and by accepting death we can in turn live more fully.

With that in mind, Lindsay offers care to those who are in health and those who are facing end of life.

She believes touch and compassion are an integral part of our health, and those needs don’t stop until our last breath.
